**Refund and Returns Policy**

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with German law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

**Right of Withdrawal**
You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days by notifying us via letter, fax, or email. To meet the deadline, send us your withdrawal notice before the period ends.

**Consequences of Withdrawal**
If you cancel, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs from a non-standard delivery option), without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

**Return Shipping Costs**
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods, estimated at approximately 6,90 Euro.

**Exclusions**
The right does not apply to:
– Customized goods or clearly personalized items.
– Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery due to health or hygiene reasons.
